Refurbishment and replacement like-for-like of all timber casement and sash windows.

Refurbishment and installation of new public WCs

Installation of all new second-fix joinery.

Full re-plastering in lime and heritage redecoration to suit.

Fibrous plaster repair works.

Retainment of Medieval graffiti.

Localised repointing in lime and clay brick replacements.

Installation of counter and kitchen facilities.

Fit-out of furniture.

French polishing.

Hand painted signage.

Refurbishment of exterior shop-front working from a public highway in a public domain.

Working over tourists in confined spaces.

All works were supervised and approved by the local authority’s listed building officer.
